Cefepime (cefepime), chemical name 1-(6R,7R)-7-[2-(2-amino-4-thiazolyl)(methoxyimino)acetamide]-2-carboxy-8- Oxygen-5-thio-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-en-3-methyl-1-methylpyrrole inner salt, molecular formula C19H24N6O5S2, belongs to the fourth generation cephalosporin, is more Kinds of gram-positive and negative bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other non-fermentative bacilli, Haemophilus, Staphylococcus, etc. have strong antibacterial activity.
Ceftazidime (Ceftazidime) is the third generation cephalosporin.
