Application and performance :
N330 Used for tire tread, cord rubber, tire inner and all kinds of rubber products.This product is a kind of carbon black with good reinforcing performance, which can endow the rubber with better stretching performance, tear resistance, abrasion resistance and elasticity.The rolling loss (hysteresis loss) of the passenger tire using this product is only larger than that of N351 in N300 series carbon black, which is smaller than other varieties, and has better dispersion and pressability in rubber materials. It is suitable for all kinds of synthetic rubber.

N550 is suitable for the natural rubber and each kind of synthetic rubber. It is easy to disperse and can endow with high endurance capacity, pressing out with high speed, the shape of meatus inflates slightly, pressing out smooth surface. has high temperature performance and heat conduction performance reinforce strong performance, elasticity and and easy to be recovered. It is mainly used in the tire cord rubber, sidewall tyre, radial tire,bias tire,the tire tube and rolling product.

This classification is usually represented by three letters in English, the first two of which indicate the colouring capacity of carbon black and the last of which indicates the production method. Carbon black for rubber - Carbon black for rubber was originally classified by particle size, but later changed to n-itrogen surface area.In addition, factors such as vulcanization speed and structure of carbon black pigment were also taken into account in the naming, which consists of four systems. The first English letter represents the vulcanization rate of rubber material, with N representing normal vulcanization rate, S representing slow vulcanization rate. The last three are Arabic numerals. The first number represents the surface area range of carbon black nit-rogen, which is classified as 0 to 9 grades. The second and third numbers, assigned by the American Society for Testing Materials' D24.41 committee on carbon black and terminology, reflect the varying degrees of structure, the approximate high and low structure of carbon black, and are somewhat arbitrary. Relatively speaking, the larger the number, the higher the structure.
