Purpose

4-Bromo phthalic anhydride is a white or off-white crystalline solid at room temperature and normal pressure. It can be used as an intermediate in organic synthesis and biochemistry synthesis, and can be applied to the derivatization of drug molecules and bioactive molecules. Besides, 4-bromo phthalic anhydride can also be used for the synthesis of dye intermediates and plant regulators. It can be used to prepare fluorescent whitening agents, pigments, dyes, etc. In some industrial fields, it can also be used as a catalyst or a regulator of reaction conditions.
