      Product Detail

Apple cider vinegar powder is a popular health food raw material for weight loss and cholesterol reduction in the world. It is a natural health food raw material made from apples through a series of processes such as juicing, sterilization, fermentation, de-mixing, liquid packaging and drying.

Chinese name: apple cider vinegar powder
    Usage: Weight loss, cholesterol reduction
    Raw material: apple
Property: Ivory white. Off-white to light yellow

    Product characteristics
Its properties are ivory-white (or white-like to light yellow), and its color will deepen after a long period of time because it is rich in apple polyphenol active substances. Apple cider vinegar powder is made from apple cider vinegar, and its nutritional composition is similar to apple cider vinegar, but different from the latter. In the production process of apple cider vinegar powder, it goes through the process of debinding, liquid encapsulation and drying. Similar to the principle of baking bread, in the process of its encapsulation and heat, the composition in apple cider vinegar will change a little bit - the organic acids with strong irritation and volatility are volatilized, while the organic acids, enzymes, minerals and other nutrients with weaker volatility are retained, forming a solid vinegar powder with rich nutrition and less irritation. Therefore, apple cider vinegar powder has the advantages of easy to carry and use and less irritation. In Europe and America and other regions apple cider vinegar powder is often combined with organic chromium and other ingredients as weight loss food. The U.S. FDA approved apple cider vinegar powder as a nutritional supplement in 1994.
