Product Detail

The liquid formed after PAC is dissolved in water has a yellow to amber appearance, pH between 3.5 and 5.0, and specific gravity between 1.19 and 1.49. These physical properties make PAC show good stability and processing effect in application.

The chemical formula of polyaluminum chloride is [Al2(OH)nCl6-n]m, where n=1 ~ 5, m≤ 100,000. PAC has good water solubility, showing a yellow to amber transparent liquid in water, pH between 3.5 and 5.0, and specific gravity between 1.19 and 1.49. Its activity is mainly determined by the acidity, the amount of quinoline, the aluminum content formed by the polymer, the crystallinity and the crystal type. ‌
