Product Overview:

Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria (PSB) are beneficial soil microorganisms that play a critical role in enhancing plant phosphorus nutrition. These microbes secrete organic acids such as gluconic and citric acid, which solubilize bound or insoluble forms of phosphorus (like tricalcium phosphate, iron phosphate, and aluminum phosphate) in the soil, converting them into forms readily absorbable by plants.

Ideal for use across a broad range of crops, PSB improves root growth, flowering, fruiting, and overall crop productivity. It is especially effective in phosphorus-deficient or alkaline soils where fixed phosphorus becomes inaccessible to plants.

Application Methods:

• Seed Treatment:
  Mix 200 mL (liquid) or 200 g (powder) of PSB with 10–12 kg of seeds using a mild adhesive like jaggery solution. Dry in shade and sow immediately.

• Soil Application:
  Mix 2–4 kg (powder) or 2 L (liquid) with 50 kg of compost/FYM and broadcast over 1 acre.

• Root Dipping (for seedlings):
  Dilute 1 L of PSB in 10–15 L of water. Dip roots for 30–60 minutes before transplanting.

• Drip or Sprinkler Irrigation:
  Apply 1–2 L per acre diluted in 100–200 L of water.
