    OverviewDeuterated methanol is an important chemical raw material and deuterated drug intermediate. In chemical synthesis, it is a commonly used nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum detection reagent and is widely used in experimental research. In recent years, as deuterated drugs have become a hot topic in drug research, deuterated methanol has also been widely used in the research of deuterated drugs. At present, there are many deuterated drugs in clinical research, such as deuterated tetrabenazine, deuterated venlafaxine, deuterated tofacitinib, deuterated casgrelor, deuterated pirfenidone, deuterated paroxetine, deuterated atazanavir and other deuterated drugs. ApplicationDeuterated dimethylamine salt is a widely used organic chemical raw material, which is often used in the synthesis of intermediates for the production of medicines and pesticides. It can be used as a deuterated raw material to synthesize deuterated drugs, and deuterated dimethylamine salt can be prepared using deuterated methanol. Application Deuterated methanol is mainly used as nuclear magnetic resonance reagent, pharmaceutical and synthesis, photoelectric material modification, laboratory special reagent, chemicals, scientific research, detection, etc. A preparation method for providing deuterated methanol is prepared, specifically: open the valves of deuterium gas and carbon monoxide, control the volume ratio to be 1:1 and premix first (deuterium gas and carbon monoxide are 2kg and 14kg, respectively, a total of 16kg). Under a pressure of 5.5MPa, at a speed of 2L/second, pass through a catalyst bed of 210~380℃ gold oxide: platinum oxide: rhodium oxide = 1:3:2 (mass ratio), after continuous cycle reaction for 24 hours, a deuterated methanol reaction liquid is obtained in a separation kettle, and the obtained reaction liquid is distilled to obtain deuterated methanol: 3.2kg, with a yield of 35.5% and a GC purity of 99.8%. Elemental analysis theoretical values: C33.30%, D22.34%, O44.36%; measured values: C33.32%, D22.33%, O44.35%. Use Deuterated methanol is a labeled analog of methyl alcohol. It is a common laboratory solvent mainly used in spectroscopy techniques (UV/VIS, NMR, IR).
