SBR is produced by introducing the patented technology , taking as the main raw material, adopting oysterization and reduction initiation system, through the process of free radical emulsion polymerization, doping (or oil-filled), and cohesive post-processing, etc.: the introduced grades are SBR1500, SBR1502, SBR1712, and we have developed SBR1502E, SBR1712E, SBR1778, SBR1721, SBR1516 and other grades on our own, which have the design capacity of 130,000 tons. In addition, it has developed SBR1502E, SBR1712E, SBR1778, SBR1721, SBR1516 and other grades, with a designed production capacity of 130,000 tons/year, and in 2009 it reached 230,000 tons/year.

Application

SBR is one of the biggest general synthetic rubber varieties, and is also one of the
earliest industrialization production of rubber.It is the random copolymer.Its
physical mechanism performance, processing performance and performance close to the natural rubber,
the use of some properties such as wear resistance, heat resistance, ageing resistance and curing rate is
more excellent natural rubber, but with a variety of natural rubber and synthetic rubber.
