Phenolic resin has good acid resistance, mechanical properties and heat resistance, and is widely used in anti-corrosion engineering, adhesives, flame retardant materials, grinding wheel manufacturing and other industries.
An important application of phenolic resins is as a binder. Phenolic resins are multifunctional and compatible with a wide variety of organic and inorganic fillers. The correct phenolic resin is designed for very fast wetting. And after cross-linking, it can provide the required mechanical strength, heat resistance and electrical properties for abrasive tools, refractory materials, friction materials and bakelite powder.
Water-soluble phenolic resins or alcohol-soluble phenolic resins are used to impregnate paper, cotton, glass and the like to provide them with mechanical strength, electrical properties and the like. Typical examples include electrical and mechanical laminate manufacturing, clutch plates and filter paper for automotive filters.

Application

Phenolic resin is mainly used in the manufacture of various plastics, coatings, adhesives and synthetic fibers.
Compression molding powder
The production of molding powder for molded products is one of the main uses of phenolic resin.
Thermoplastic phenolic resin molding powder is mainly used in the manufacture of switches, sockets, plugs and other electrical parts, daily necessities and other industrial products, And also used in the manufacture of high electrical insulating parts.
Phenolic glue
