Ticagrelor 274693-27-5

Tigrelor, under the trade name Belinda, is a round, biconvex, yellow coated tablet with a "T" engraved on one side, the word "90" engraved on the top, and a smooth side containing 90 mg of ticagrelor. Tiagrelor is a platelet aggregation inhibitor whose clinical efficacy and safety have been validated and supported by the Platelet Suppression and Patient Outcome Study (PLATO study) and its multiple subgroup studies2-11. The PLATO study also showed that the efficacy of ticagrelor was significantly better than clopidogrel, so it was listed as a first-line recommendation by many guidelines at home and abroad, and the European guidelines listed the recommendation level of ticagrelor in the past two years, and clopidogrel can only be used in patients who cannot use ticagrelor before clopidogrel. Since ticagrelor is a drug with a different chemical classification from thiophenazridine (clopidogrel), the previous Chinese name "ticagrel" was replaced with "ticagrelor".
