Significantly improve the “low-shear viscosity” of the system, provide excellent suspension force with little or no effect on the apparent viscosity of the system.
Particularly suitable for suspension of flavor microcapsules, can also be used for other small particle size insoluble substances suspension stabilization, such as mica powder, titanium dioxide, silicone oil, selenium disulfide and so on.

Description

ECHEMI HR COD is special pre-activated hydrogenated castor oil, which is supplied as a uniform, emulsified, pre-mix form. It is recommended to suspend insoluble substance, including oil droplet, microcapsule, powders, mica, pigment, etc. in water-base solution, gel and emulsion. The advantages are:

Handling & Storage

The product is irreversibly damaged when frozen. It should be protected from the effects of weathering, stored between 5 and 40°C and protected from direct sun exposure. Once opened, packaging should be resealed immediately after use. In these conditions, products should be used within 12 months following the date of manufacture from delivery.

Recommend stirring before use, if surface becomes hardening after longtime storing (fake thickening effect).
