A copciymer produced from a-olefins and vnytpyrrolidone. It is used as an adhesive and fitm-forming agent in cosmetics providing water resistance to sunscreens and other cosmetic products.

• • • • Hair Care Products: As a film-forming agent, it can form soft, tight and continuous covering film on the surface of the skin and hair. This film has the ability to lock in moisture, giving the skin and hair s smooth feeling.

      • As a moisturizing barrier, it can provide good pigment dispersing property, especially in skin creams and cosmetics such as mascaras. It is used as an emulsifying stabilizer to enhance the effect of antiperspirants.
