4-bromoresorcinol is an organic intermediate that can be obtained by bromination of resorcinol as the raw material. Brominated reagents can be selected from N-bromosuccinimide or NH4Br. The preparation uses resorcinol as the raw material. Firstly, resorcinol is added to the reaction vessel, then chloroform is added for dissolution. After dissolution, the N-bromosuccinimide solution obtained by dissolving n-bromosuccinimide in chloroform is dropped into the reaction vessel. The drop time of the N-bromosuccinimide solution is 30 minutes. After the addition is completed, the temperature is raised to 60℃ and the reaction is carried out under this temperature condition for 1 hour. After the reaction, the reaction solution is obtained. Chloroform is distilled out from the obtained reaction solution under normal pressure. The liquid obtained after chloroform distillation is subjected to vacuum distillation. The fraction at 150-160 ℃ is collected under a vacuum degree of 0.098MPa. The obtained fraction is cooled to room temperature to obtain 4-bromoresorcinol.
