Atropine has not been implicated in causing liver enzyme elevations or clinically apparent acute liver injury.|Hyoscyamine as a natural plant alkaloid derivative and anticholinergic that is used to treat mild to moderate nausea, motion sickness, hyperactive bladder and allergic rhinitis.
