Pharmacological effects:

Monosialic ganglioside can promote the recovery of neural function after central nervous system injury caused by various reasons. The mechanism of action is to promote neural remodeling, including the survival of nerve cells, axonal growth, and synaptic generation. It has a protective effect on secondary neurodegeneration after injury, can improve cerebral hemodynamic parameters and reduce brain edema after injury, and can also improve behavioral disorders caused by Parkinson's disease.

Usage and dosage:

20-40mg per day, administered intramuscularly or slowly intravenously in one or multiple doses. During the acute phase of the lesion (especially acute trauma), 100mg is administered intravenously daily, and after 2-3 weeks, it is changed to a maintenance dose of 20-40mg per day, usually for 6 weeks.
