Janus kinase 2, the downstream signal pathway of receptor, was activated time-dependently by stimulating the BPC-treated tendon fibroblasts with. In conclusion, the BPC-induced increase of receptor in tendon fibroblasts may potentiate the proliferation-promoting effect of contribute to the healing of tendon.
