Rink Amide MBHA Resin

• Acidic cleavage conditions: More acidic conditions than Rink Amide AM resin are required to cleave peptides.

• Higher stability: More stable than Rink Amide AM resin, able to maintain peptide integrity under more demanding conditions.

• Suitable for peptides containing sensitive side chains: For peptides containing sensitive side chains (e.g. Trp, Met, Cys, etc.), Rink Amide MBHA resin can provide better protection.

Rink Amide MBHA resin has a similar application scenario to Rink Amide AM resin and can be suitable for synthesizing sequence-specific target peptides as enzyme inhibitors (serine protease inhibitors - Bovine Pancreatic Trypsin Inhibitor (BPTI)) for the study of protein-protein interactions, protein folding, and the development of novel drugs.
