    3M™ Fluorinert™ Electronic Liquid FC-3283 is a non-conductive, thermally and chemically stable dielectric fluid ideal for use in thermal management fluid applications such as semiconductor wafer manufacturing, electronics reliability testing, data center server immersion cooling and many other high-technology applications.
    Clear, colorless, non-conductive, non-flammable, residue free, thermally and chemically stable, 3M™ Fluorinert™ Liquid FC-3283 is used in many heat transfer fluid applications. With its wide liquid range (-50 to 128 degrees Celsius) and compatibility, it can be used in a variety of electronic single-and two-phase heat transfer applications, including in the semiconductor market for etchers, ion implanters, testers and others. Because FC-3283 has an extremely narrow boiling range, its composition will not deviate with time. This keeps fluid loss to a minimum and ensures consistent transport properties.
