1.Characteristic features：

1.1The raw materials are plant origin.

1.2.t is a non-ionic surfactant, which is stable under weak acid or weak base conditions. It contains a strong hydrophilic sucrose hydroxyl group and a lipophilic fatty acid group, so it is an excellent emulsifier.
