Zinc (2-Ethylhexyl) Acid Phosphate (Zinc Octyl Acid Phosphate, CAS:68954-79-0,EINECS:257-665-7, molecular formula C₈H₁₉O₅PZn, MW:291.58) is a pale yellow to amber transparent viscous liquid produced via esterification reaction of 2-ethylhexanol with phosphorus pentoxide followed by neutralization with zinc oxide. Our industrial grade product features ≥95.0% minimum purity with strictly controlled acidity and moisture content. It exhibits excellent oil solubility, extreme pressure (EP) performance, anti-wear properties and corrosion inhibition ability. As a high-performance organophosphate additive, it is widely used in lubricating oils, metalworking fluids and industrial coatings to enhance load-carrying capacity and protect metal surfaces from wear and corrosion.
