  2. Reconstitution

  
  
  Select suitable solvents such as sterile purified water or phosphate buffered saline according to experimental protocols. Add solvent slowly along the inner wall of the vial with sterile tools. Do not flush the powder directly to avoid bubbles and loss of bioactivity.
  
  
  Let the vial stand for full infiltration, then swirl gently until the powder is fully dissolved into a clear and homogeneous solution. For high-precision cell experiments, filter the solution with a 0.22μm sterile filter.

  To prepare working solutions of different concentrations, perform serial dilution with blank solvent. Mix gently after each dilution to ensure uniform concentration.
