N,N-Dimethyldecanamide serves as a high-performance agrochemical solvent with outstanding solubilizing capacity for a wide range of agricultural active ingredients. It is particularly effective in dissolving triazole fungicides —commonly applied to protect crops from fungal infections—as well as other typical agro actives including chlorpyrifos, propanil, and trifluralin. This solvent significantly improves the stability and overall efficacy of various agrochemical formulations such as emulsifiable concentrates (EC), microemulsions (ME), suspension emulsions (SE), and emulsions in water (EW). More importantly, it effectively inhibits the crystallization of active ingredients from the organic phase when the formulations are diluted with water for spray use, thereby maintaining stable and consistent field performance of the agrochemical products.
