    1. Pre-operation Preparation

    Complete all operations in a clean, dry and well-ventilated laboratory environment. Use standard laboratory clean containers, measuring tools and protective supplies to ensure a dust-free and dry operating space, avoiding cross contamination of impurities.

    2. Sample Dissolution and Configuration

    According to personal experimental plan and academic research standards, select qualified laboratory solvent for configuration. Slowly add the required solvent to the container, then place the freeze-dried peptide powder into the solvent. Keep gentle and uniform stirring at room temperature until the powder is completely dissolved and the solution becomes clear and homogeneous. The dosage and concentration shall be adjusted independently according to different experimental schemes.

    3. Split Packaging and Temporary Preservation

    After the solution preparation is completed, subpackage the liquid into clean sealed experimental containers according to the experimental dosage demand.
