I. Product Introduction

This product is a polyether-modified silicone antifoaming agent refined from polydimethylsiloxane as the core raw material with compounded emulsifying auxiliaries, a universal antifoam specially formulated for aqueous systems.It delivers both instant foam breaking and long-lasting foam suppression, compatible with most water-based foaming systems. Featuring low dosage and outstanding defoaming efficiency, it serves as a mainstream antifoam raw material for industrial manufacturing.

II..Product Advantages

Dual functions of defoaming and foam inhibition: Fast foam collapse to eliminate surface foam and stubborn microbubbles within a short period; durably restrain newly generated bubbles to avoid recurring foaming.
Excellent compatibility with base systems: Uniform dispersion in aqueous systems without oil floating, layer separation or silicone precipitation; no screen clogging, and no adverse impact on film formation or surface gloss of finished products.
Superior environmental resistance: Stable defoaming performance under harsh working conditions against acid, alkali, high temperature, high electrolyte and high-speed mechanical shearing.
Economical dosage: Normal addition dosage ranges from 0.01% to 0.3%. Effective at tiny dosage to remarkably cut auxiliary material cost.
Eco-friendly and safe: Low VOC content and non-irritating odor. Available in industrial grade and food grade; the food-grade variant complies with relevant safety standards for food-contact

IIIII..Application Method

The neat product can be added directly, or diluted with clean water at a dilution ratio of 1:1 to 1:10 prior to use.

Pre-addition at the early foaming stage delivers optimal foam inhibition; targeted supplementary dosing at later foaming stage enables rapid foam collapse.

Lab trial is recommended to confirm the optimum dosage before mass production application.

The undiluted product may be dosed directly, or diluted with clean water at 1~10 times dilution before addition.
Pre-feeding at the initial foaming stage achieves optimum foam suppression; spot supplemental addition in late foaming stage realizes quick defoaming.
Pilot testing is recommended to confirm the optimal dosage prior to bulk production.

Packaging: 25kg in plastic drums, 200kg in iron drums or IBC tanks; can be repackaged as needed.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dark place at 0–35°C. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight.
• Shelf life: 12 months when stored in a sealed container at room temperature.
