Bentonite (CAS:1302-78-9,EINECS:215-108-5, HS Code:2508100000) is a natural clay mineral mainly composed of montmorillonite, produced via mining, crushing, purification, drying and grinding processes. Our industrial grade bentonite is available in sodium base and calcium base specifications, with montmorillonite content ranging from 80% to 95%. It exhibits exceptional swelling capacity, thixotropy, thickening property and adsorption ability, forming viscous colloidal suspensions in water. As a versatile inorganic thickener and rheology modifier, it is the most cost-effective additive for oil and gas drilling muds, architectural coatings and industrial paints. Safety Information
