Application
1.Food preservative
For fat-soluble antioxidants and nutritional fortifiers added to plant oils or food.

2. Antioxidant
Used as a fat-soluble antioxidant. It is suitable for use in animal and plant oils, as well as various types of food.
It can prevent the formation of lipid peroxides, delaying the oxidation and spoilage of animal fats, vegetable oils, fish, margarine, milk, and carotenoids.
3. Food additive
It can be used in fatty foods, instant noodles, edible oils, and hydrogenated vegetable oils, with a maximum usage of 0.2g/kg; it can also be used in infant formula food, with a maximum usage of 0.01g/kg (calculated as ascorbic acid in the oil).
4.Used as dyes, pesticides, and pharmaceutical intermediates, etc.
