Chromium(III) Phosphate Solution CAS 7789-04-0 is an aqueous dispersion with Chromium(III) Phosphate (CrPO₄) as active component. It is a dark green homogeneous liquid and keeps stable without precipitation under normal storage conditions. This liquid product has good dilution performance and excellent adhesion to metal substrates. It can form a dense, uniform conversion film on metal surfaces to enhance anti-corrosion performance and greatly improve the bonding force between substrate and subsequent paint or powder coating.
Chromium(III) Phosphate Solution CAS 7789-04-0 is widely used in metal surface pretreatment industry. It is an eco-friendly trivalent chromium conversion coating agent for aluminum, steel, zinc and zinc alloy passivation. It is commonly applied before spraying, powder coating and electrophoresis to replace traditional hexavalent chromium passivation. It can also be used as functional additive for water-based coatings, ceramic glaze slurry and corrosion inhibitor for industrial anti-rust liquids.
We supply stable Chromium(III) Phosphate liquid with customizable solid content. Each batch is strictly tested to guarantee consistent concentration and long shelf life without stratification. Custom concentration and drum / IBC tank packaging options are available. Full technical documents including TDS, SDS and batch COA can be provided upon request. Suitable for metal conversion coating, metal anti-corrosion pretreatment and waterborne coating additive.
