      Product Detail

RX-975Dibromoneopentyl Glycol, is a reactive flame retardant that contains 60% aliphatic bromine. Thermosetting polyester resin can be formulated into multiple components to provide a wider range of resin performance options than anhydride flame retardants. The resin prepared with RX-975 has high chemical resistance and flame retardancy, minimal thermal discoloration, and excellent photostability. The high bromine content of RX-975 and its direct reaction with polyurethane make it suitable for rigid polyurethane foam. It is increasingly used in CFC free foam systems designed to meet more stringent flame retardant standards.

They may initiate the polymerization of isocyanates and epoxides.
