Kunlun Paraffin Wax Flakes are premium fully refined paraffin series produced by PetroChina refineries (Fushun, Daqing, Dalian) from high wax-content crude oil, adopting multi-stage sweating degreasing, hydrogenation deep refining and flake molding technology, CAS No.8002-74-2chemact.en.... The finished product is uniform white thin flake solid, free-flowing without large agglomeration, convenient for automatic feeding and mixing compared with block paraffin wax.

Industrial grade Kunlun paraffin flakes strictly control oil content ≤0.5%, Saybolt color ≥+25, light stability ≤5, faint odor, no mechanical impurities, water-free and acid-free. It owns stable chemical inertness, waterproof, moisture-proof, excellent lubricity and film-forming property. After melting and cooling, it forms smooth glossy wax film with moderate hardness, not easy to sweat or crack under normal temperature storage. It is compatible with polyethylene, rubber, resin, talc powder and other fillers, widely matched with various industrial formula systems without stratification or precipitation.

Food grade Kunlun paraffin flakes undergo secondary deep deodorization, heavy metal removal and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon elimination, meeting national food additive standards and international FDA food contact requirementschemact.en.... Ultra-low trace harmful substances ensure safe indirect contact with edible products. The melting film is thin, uniform and non-toxic, used for fruit surface preservation coating to lock water and delay ripening, food wax paper waterproof coating, candy and chocolate mold demolding agent.

Compared with paraffin blocks, flake shape greatly shortens melting time during production, improves mixing uniformity with other powder raw materials, reduces energy consumption of melting equipment, and avoids manual crushing labor cost. All Kunlun wax raw materials come from PetroChina self-owned oilfield resources, stable supply chain, consistent batch indicators without large fluctuation. Every batch passes full-item laboratory inspection before delivery, including melting point, oil content, color, light stability, odor and impurity testing. Finished wax flakes adopt 25kg carton or 50kg woven bag moisture-proof packaging, support pallet bulk shipment and small trial orders, complete COA, MSDS, food safety inspection certificate for customs clearance.
