Potassium Silicate Organic Silicone Waterproofing Agent, Invisible Penetrating Waterproof Liquid for Concrete, Masonry & Exterior Wall Building

Potassium Silicate (MK-30) is an alkaline water-soluble organic silicate penetrating waterproof agent for construction engineering, also known as invisible silicone building waterproof liquid. It can deeply penetrate into the capillary pores of concrete, cement mortar, brick, stone and other cement-based substrates, chemically react with free calcium hydroxide inside the base layer to form insoluble hydrophobic crystalline silicone resin, realizing permanent internal waterproofing, damp-proofing, anti-efflorescence and anti-alkali backflow effect without changing the original appearance and color of the wall surface. It is widely used in exterior wall anti-seepage, roof leakage prevention, basement waterproofing, stone anti-white bloom and building concrete protection projects.

  Usage Method

  Dilute with clean water at the ratio of 1:3 ~ 1:5, evenly roll or brush on the dry base surface for 2–3 times until saturated absorption.

  Storage Requirements

  Store in cool, ventilated warehouse, strictly avoid freezing, acid substances mixing and direct high temperature sunlight. Keep sealed after opening.
