Applications & Recommended Dosage for Various Industries

Food Additives: It can be used as a nutritional fortifier (supplying protein and amino‑acid components), thickener, emulsifying stabilizer, binder or filler. It is applied in cheese, ice cream, meat products (ham, sausage, etc.), surimi products, baked goods (bread, biscuits), mayonnaise, protein beverages and more. It shall be mixed homogeneously with other food raw materials before addition.

Dosage shall comply with relevant food‑safety standards and process requirements. Recommended dosage range: approx. 0.3%‑0.7% in ice cream; approx. 1%‑3% in meat and surimi products; approx. 5% in bread and biscuits; approx. 3% in mayonnaise; approx. 0.2%‑0.3% in protein beverages. Exact dosage shall be adjusted according to formulas and processes.

Industrial Field: It serves as a coating base material (featuring good water resistance, facilitating pigment dispersion and improving coating uniformity). It also acts as an adhesive for wood, paper and fabrics, and is used for manufacturing plastic buttons. It is mixed proportionally with other base materials and solvents, and processed via stirring, spraying or other techniques.

Recommended dosage: approx. 5%‑10% of total formula weight in coatings; approx. 10%‑20% in adhesives; approx. 5%‑15% of total raw‑material weight in plastics manufacturing. Exact dosage shall be adjusted based on product specifications and process requirements.
