    The company was founded in January 2018, driven by a shared vision between its Chairman, Mr. Wang Shuyan, and the Chairman of the U.S.-based Inno Company: that "using biological methods to inhibit microorganisms represents a key trend in the future of preservative research." Inno Company, established in Arcadia, California, specializes in the core technology of developing and manufacturing high-end personal care preservatives that are natural, safe, mild, highly effective, and compliant with regulatory standards. United by this vision, the two parties co-founded Yile Biotechnology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., dedicating themselves to the research, production, and sales of novel preservatives. That same year, by leveraging Inno’s cutting-edge technology and refining it through its own R&D team, Yile successfully launched the Proextend® product series. These products rapidly captured the domestic market and are approved for use in the European Union, the United States, and mainland China. Through more than two years of dedicated effort, Yile Biotechnology has quickly secured a significant share of the domestic high-end personal care preservative market and established partnerships with major personal care brands. In 2020, to further strengthen its R&D capabilities, Yile established an in-house R&D team and founded a large-scale natural preservative research institute, providing high-quality, rapid technical support to enterprises and institutions across China and Asia.

    Since its commencement of operations, inno Biotech's products and services have swiftly gained market recognition. The team's self-developed Nature King© series of products have been successively launched onto the market and have received enthusiastic feedback from major brands. In September 2022, inno Biotech (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. was established, and a large-scale research and development center was set up in Guangzhou Huangpu Science City, aiming to better serve the market in the future.
