Mechanism of Action

In the Phase II clinical trial of Mazdutide, patients in the 3mg, 4.5mg, and 6mg Mazdutide groups (administered once weekly) achieved an average weight reduction of 7.2%, 10.6%, and 11.6% respectively after 24 weeks of treatment. Results from the Phase III GLORY-1 trial showed that during the 48-week treatment period, the 6mg Mazdutide group had an average weight loss of 14.01%, while the placebo group only had a weight loss of 0.30%.
Improvement of Metabolic Indicators
Mazdutide not only effectively reduces weight but also comprehensively improves metabolic indicators. For example, in the Phase III clinical trial, the 6mg Mazdutide group saw an average reduction of 8.56mmHg in systolic blood pressure, a decrease of 0.65mmol/L in triglycerides, and a significant reduction in uric acid levels. Additionally, it showed a significant improvement effect on fatty liver, which can effectively reduce the pressure on the cardiovascular system and lower the risk of obesity-related complications.
Target Population
