• Pomalidomide (CAS 19171-19-8), also known as CC-4047 or Actimid, is a third-generation immunomodulatory drug (IMiD) derived from thalidomide . It appears as an off-white to yellow powder with the molecular formula C₁₃H₁₁N₃O₄ and a molecular weight of 273.24 g/mol . As the successor to lenalidomide, pomalidomide demonstrates significantly enhanced antitumor activity and is a core therapeutic agent for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma . It is also a widely used cereblon (CRBN) ligand in PROTAC (Proteolysis-Targeting Chimera) technology for targeted protein degradation research .
