                          • Antimicrobial Activity: In silico studies have demonstrated that cyanidin-3-O-rhamnoside exhibits potent activity against subtilisin-like protease-1 (SUB-1), a virulence factor in the dermatophyte fungus Microsporum gypseum, with a docking score of -9.4 kcal/mol and binding free energy of -55.23 kcal/mol . This suggests potential as an antifungal candidate.
