Thymalin is used as the starting material. During the preparation process, non-thymic tissues, such as fat and fascia, are removed. After storage at low temperature (-20°C), the thymus tissue is rinsed with sterile distilled water and processed under sterile conditions using a tissue grinding device. The processed thymus tissue is mixed with cold water at a 1:1 mass ratio and homogenized using a high-speed tissue grinder at 10,000 rpm for approximately 1 minute to form a tissue homogenate, facilitating the release of active polypeptide components and improving extraction efficiency.
