Tetrapeptide‑30 is a synthetic biomimetic tetrapeptide (sequence PKEK‑OH) for skin brightening and anti‑inflammation. It down‑regulates tyrosinase and POMC‑α‑MSH pathway to restrain melanin synthesis, meanwhile suppresses pro‑inflammatory cytokines IL‑6, IL‑8 and TNF‑α. It effectively improves post‑inflammatory hyperpigmentation, UV‑induced spots and melasma, friendly for sensitive skin. Water‑soluble powder, stable at pH 5.0‑7.5, recommended dosage 0.01‑0.05%. Compatible with niacinamide and vitamin‑C in cosmetic serums, creams and spot‑care products.
