Product Description

Cellulose acetate (CAS 9004-35-7) is a versatile biopolymer with excellent film-forming, thermoplastic, and biodegradable properties. Widely used in textiles, plastics, coatings, and filtration, it offers low toxicity and environmental compatibility. This renewable material supports sustainable manufacturing across diverse industries.

Application

It can be used to make non-woven fabrics for cigarette filters, ink pen refills, water absorbing layers and masks for diapers.

Cellulose diacetate is hydrophilic and biodegradable.

Cellulose diacetate (DS 2.3~2.5) is prepared consecutively from the cellulose triacetate solution by diluting with water and heating. Cellulose diacetate is soluble in aceton e and can be formed into fibers or films.

However, if the storage environment is harsh, such as humidity, high temperature or damaged packaging, titanium dioxide may be damp, agglomerated or undergo other chemical reactions in advance, resulting in reduced performance and a corresponding shortening of the shelf life.
