Drug Function and Efficacy

A similar substance of cyanocobalamin B12. It is an important coenzyme for the synthesis of nucleotides in cells, participates in methyl conversion and folic acid metabolism in the body, and promotes the reduction of methylfolate to tetrahydrofolate; it also participates in the tricarboxylic acid cycle, is very important for the formation of lipoproteins in nerve myelin, and can keep sulfhydryl enzymes in an active state, thereby participating in a wide range of protein and fat metabolism. It can promote the development and maturation of red blood cells, and is a necessary factor for the complete formation of nerve sheath spinal cord fibers and maintaining the function of epithelial cells in the digestive system.
