Methods of Manufacturing

It is obtained by roasting the seeds or fruits of the evergreen woody plant Kola (Sterculiaacuminate) or Sudan Kola (Cola acuminata or Colavern), and then extracting with ethanol. Native to West Africa. South America, Central America, East Indies, West Indies, Indonesia, Sri Lanka have similar subspecies produced.

Uses

GB 2760-1996: Permissible food spices. Mainly used for hobby drinks. In a typical typical cola-type beverage, it is formulated with more than 90 kinds of lemon oil, lemon oil, sweet orange oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla bean and so on.
