Zinc ferrite is a soft magnetic material with excellent performance and a catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation of butene. It has a high photocatalytic activity and a semiconductor catalyst sensitive to visible light. Zinc ferrite nanocrystalline particles are transparent inorganic pigments with excellent properties.
