Uses

Supplement (calcium). Calcium Citrate is the calcium salt of citric acid which functions as a sequestrant, buffer, and firming agent. it is a white, odorless powder which is slightly soluble in water. it is used as a firming agent for peppers and lima beans and is used to improve the baking properties of flour.
