EC2216 (32mg, 0.1mmol), alpha-t-butyl-gamma-methyl L-Glu diester HCl salt (25.5 mg, 1.0 eq.), PyBOP(78mg, 1.5 eq.), Et3N (28muL, 2 eq.) were mixed in 1 mL NMP. After 30 min, LC/MS showed complete conversion. Purification on 12g of C18 Biotage column gave 39 mg of EC2428. MS (ESI): m/z 518.71 [M+H]+.
