Hyaluronoglucosaminidase Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Using sheep testicles as raw materials, the acetic acid extract is preliminarily precipitated with ammonium sulfate, and after dialysis, it is again fractionated and precipitated with ammonium sulfate and ethanol, and the product is refined.

Uses

It is used for biochemical research and is commonly used clinically to promote the dissipation of local edema or hematoma after surgery and trauma, promote the infiltration of local anesthetics, reduce pain at the injection site, accelerate the absorption of subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, and can also be used for intestinal adhesions.
