Phosphoramidothioic acid, O,O-dimethyl ester Use and Manufacturing
The preparation method is obtained by amination with methyl chloride as raw material. Put a certain amount of methyl chloride and an appropriate amount of solvent into the enamel reaction kettle, cool to about 0°C under stirring, and then slowly drop a certain amount of ammonia into it, control the reaction temperature at about 20°C, and complete the addition in about 1.5 hours After incubation for 0.5h, sampling and analysis, with no methyl chloride chromatographic peak as the end point. The material is pumped into the extraction kettle and allowed to stand for stratification. The oil layer is the crude amine product. The refined amide is obtained after desolvation by the lifting membrane system, with a content of 90% to 93% and a moisture content of less than 0.2%.
Mainly used as an intermediate for methamidophos and acephate
