Ponasterone A Use and Manufacturing

Uses

Ponasterone A is a steroid compound of ecdysone, which is widely distributed in nature, and people have been extremely interested in it very long ago. As early as 1919, biologist Polish proposed the mechanism of insect ecdysone. In 1954, Butenadt and Kalson separated α-ecdysone from the silkworm pupa. In 1966, Nakanishi, Horm and other insect plants were used to extract Pannasterone. Later, many countries at home and abroad successively proposed ecdysone from many materials. Ecdysone can promote the synthesis of nucleic acids and proteins, affect the metabolism of sugar, promote lipid metabolism, immune regulation, affect the central nervous system, treat rheumatism, arthritis, anti-oxidative stress, anti-tumor effect. The performance of Ponasterone in certain neurosensing systems is 3-100 times that of β-ecdysone (β-ecdysone).
