Methods of Manufacturing

An isopropyl alcohol solution of chloroplatinic acid is disposed at a concentration of 10 mmol/L. The mixed reaction module M having a preset temperature of 25 C was flowed through the material passage C through the metering pump P3 at a flow rate of 7 ml/min. At the same time, perfluorooctylethylene is passed through channel A, The metering pump P1 is fed into the mixed reaction module M at a preset temperature of 25 C at a flow rate of 6 ml/min; and the triethoxysilane is passed through the channel B at the same time. The metering pump P2 was supplied to the mixed reaction module M having a preset temperature of 25 C at a flow rate of 4.2 ml/min. After staying in the mixed reaction module M for 6.9 minutes, it flows out.The reaction liquid flowing out from the outlet D was collected in a single-necked flask. The volatile matter is removed by distillation under reduced pressure. Finally, 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane with a purity of 99% is obtained.
