Lappaconitine hydrobromide Use and Manufacturing

It is suitable for gastrointestinal ulcer, gastritis, hepatitis, cholecystitis, rheumatism, sciatica, toothache, postoperative pain, cancer pain and other symptoms.

Drug Function and Efficacy

It has strong analgesic effect, local anesthesia, cooling, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory and detumescent effects. Compared with pethidine, it has comparable analgesic effect, slightly slower onset and longer duration; the analgesic effect is 7 times that of the antipyretic analgesic aminopyrine. It is non-addictive, has no teratogenic effect in animal tests, and will not cause cumulative poisoning.
