Synthesis of the compound 20 The compound 19 (16.60 g, 0.1 mol) was added into 80mL of phosphorus oxychloride and heated under reflux for 8 h, and then distilled to remove excessive phosphorus oxychloride. The remaining solution was poured into 300g of broken ice, and 16.18 g of a black brown precipitate was precipitated with a yield of 87.1percent. The melting point is 44.5-45.8°C (M.P. 47-48°C was reported in the reference)[J.O.C. , 1949, 14, 328-332].
