4-pyridinylamine (20mmol), chloroacetyl chloride (24mmol), triethylamine (30mmol), placed in 25ml acetonitrile, at room temperature for 8h, by-pass operation processing method II to give N-(4-pyridyl)-2-chloroacetamide in a yield of 64.3percent.To a solution of pyridin-4-ylamine (200 mg, 2. l2mmol) and DIEA (823mg .6.38mmol) in THF (3 mL) was added 2-chloroacetyl chloride (288 mg. 2.55 mmol), then the mixture was stirred at 30 °C for 2 hrs. The mixture was concentrated and the residue was purified by prepTLC (DCMIMeOH = 10/1) to give 4-amino-benzoic acid ethyl ester (200 mg, yield: 55.3percent) as a white solid. ‘HNMR(400 IVIHz, DMSO-d6): ö = 11.06 (s, 1H), 8.46 (dd, J= 4.8, 1.4 Hz, 2H), 7.62 (dd, J 4.8, 1.4 Hz, 2H), 4.36 (s, 2H).General procedure: To a solution of theappropriate amine (31-44, 10 mmol) and triethylamine (10 mmol) in anhydrous chloroform was added dropwisechloroacetylcloride (30, 12 mmol) at0-5 °C and the mixture was stirred for 12 h at the same temperature under N
